Cancellation Policy
Policies & Booking Information
I understand that life happens! 💕 To respect both your time and mine, please take a moment to review my updated policies below:
✨ Cancellations & No-Shows ✨
You may cancel your appointment 12–5 hours before your service with no fee.
If you cancel within 5 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 30% of your service total.
If you reschedule at any time — even within the 5-hour window — you will NOT be charged a cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your service.
Arriving 30 minutes late or more will be considered a no-show, and the 50% fee will apply.
If you’re less than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened to keep the schedule on track.
Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for all future appointments, and continued issues may result in limited booking availability.

💳 Deposits & Card on File
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Your deposit will always be kept, whether you cancel or reschedule — it does not transfer or refund.
A card on file is required for all appointments and will only be charged in the event of:
late cancellations
no-shows
late arrival fees
or at checkout if you choose to use that card
This policy ensures fairness for all clients and helps maintain a smooth schedule. ✨

After-hours appointments are available when possible.
A $25 after-hours fee will be added to your service.
